Refund Policy
Your yearly membership is $29.99 per year.
Cancelling
Cancel any time with Manage membership on your account page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then does not renew.
Refunds
If you ask within 14 days of a charge, including a renewal charge, we will refund it in full. To request a refund, email support@maydaycontrol.com from the address on your account.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds where an account was suspended for breaking the Terms. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
